Beef Stew -made easy

Dinner today is real easy. And one of my favorites: Beef Stew

  • Potatoes (I used about 6-8), diced
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • Stew meet
  • 2 packs of beef stew seasoning mix
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 packs of ciabatta bread

First brown he stew meet and the ground beef separately and then add it into the pot together while filling it with the 6 cups of water which you stirred in the season mix.
While this is starting to cook dice the potatoes and put them into the mix.
Now turn down the heat, let it simmer with a lid on and occasionally the whole thing. I usually let it simmer like that for about 4-5 hours before I serve it.

Go ahead and place some ciabatta bread into the oven about 12 minutes before the stew is done and you’ll have real yummy and fresh tasting bread you can serve with this hearty meal.
