3 cod filets, lemons, thyme and salt
Place the foil into a baking sheet and use enough so it’ll wrap around the whole fish. Then place the fish onto the foil, salt it, and use lemons and thyme sprinkled over the fish. Put it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and you have the most tastiest, and easiest, fish you ever tasted.
As sides I served rice and beans. Also, I made Bernaise sauce for the fish and it turned out amazing.
For that I just grabbed me some packs of sauce at the store yesterday, never mind you I there this whole dinner plan together in about 5 minutes while at the store yesterday, and was good to go.
Mix the packets into 1 liter of cold milk, and then gets it all up w one stock of butter, bring it to a boil, let it cook a few minutes under constant stiring and it’s the best sauce you can serve with it.
