Tonight’rs dinner: chicken filled with asparagus and cheese
4 chicken breast
prepare the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika. Slice it almost all the way through so you have a pocket to insert the asparagus and cheese. Wrap it all up and hold it together with some string so the asparagus wont fall out while you cook it.
While the oven preheats at 400 F, sear the chicken in the pan on both sides before placing it on a baking sheet and putting it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
You an serve it with rice, sauce, pasta, salad, what ever you think goes well with it. Me, being German, I’d even serve it with home made mashed potatoes when I feel like it or sauce hollondaise.
