One good, healthy meal that made my house smell delicious and tasted even better.

Ingredients
3-4 chicken legs (seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white wine
.5 cup cream or 1 cup plain yoghurt
Thyme, curry, salt, pepper
Rice
How to
Season the chicken with the mix of salt, pepper and paprika, then put each piece into the pain, fry it with a bit of butter so the skin holds in the seasoning. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and put it into the oven for about 45 minutes at 350F.
While that chicken is getting done, use a pan and mix together the broth, wine and cream or yoghurt. Bring it to a boil, add the salt, pepper, curry and Thyme until you happy withe the taste. Put a lid onto the pan and let it simmer, occasionally stirring so it wont burn.
Start cooking your rice. If you use Uncle Ben’s, cook the water, place the bags in and wait. If you use any other, remember 2:1 ratio. 2 cups water to 1 cup rice.
Take your chicken and place it into the sauce, lid back on, and let it simmer until the rice is done.
If you want you could also serve some garlic bread with that. I only did chicken and rice last night though.
Enjoy!!
