of getting fit, eating healthy, keeping the motivation and not giving up on it all…it’s real people.
Therefor, little ole me started to track her food and calorie intake again and she is getting better at going running. Today is day nr 3 in a row and it ain’t that bad. I just need to keep it all up, no matter what and can’t forget to eat. This is my main problem, I get busy and sidetracked with so many things that I simply forget to eat. Yes, yes, I know people that would now say something along the lines of “I wish I could forget to eat” but let me tell you, if you actually want to lose some weight and build muscle, it ain’t that great when you do that. It is something I really need to work on.
Next step of this journey: I might actually get my ass into a gym and get a membership. This way there will be weights incorporated in my workout soon, I can go work out in the middle of the night if I feel like it and no one cares….. Yes, I think that will be the next logical step cause, let’s face it, running is nice but running alone won’t do that much good either.
