2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
3 diced tomatoes
1 cup half and half
10 oz shredded mozzarella
- brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain it and put it in the slowcooker.
- drain most of the fat and then brown the onions in it until lightly brown before putting them into the slow cooker with the tomatoes.
- now mix in the cheese with the milk and let cook on low for about 4-5 hours.
- when done cooking season with salt, pepper and what ever else you desire for the taste.
You can serve it on hamburger buns if you are not on Keto or just like that with a salad or, if you feel it serve it on lettuce that doubles as your bun.
