Its’s A New Dawn, It’s A New Day….’s a new life, for me. Yep, I’m pretty sure some of you might have been singing this right now. But, it’s true. This whole new life thing.
Since about a week or so now I started to blog the fancy, not so fancy, filling, yummy, Keto recipes that I am serving up in this house these days. And it came fairly easy I must say. From the last week my family was here to visit ( end of August) until Monday last week I slowly started to cut down on my sugar intake, my carbs and no more anything that just  a tiny bit looks like bread, pasta, starch, potatoes and anything else in that food group.
The last thing to cut, and I admit the hardest, was the coffee. Well, not the coffee per se but the sugar in it. I started on Monday though to make it a ‘true K coffee’ aka no sugar at all and only whipped cream in it.
And I have to say since I cut everything out slowly it is surprising to me that I have no cravings at all. I do not need pasta or rice or bread. I cook my dinners for the kids and I and just cook extra rice or pasta or what ever it is they will eat with it while I do not mind eating just what I get to eat. Which, if we are honest, is still lots and lots of really good food.
Desserts I do only K and the minions really love them too and I get my sweet tooth fix here and there.

So after one week today, I am down almost a whole 1 kg and am pretty proud of it.
The gym is started up again since Friday with weights, thank you babe for getting me there, and today it was walking, weights, yoga tomorrow and then getting back in the groove.

This is a good life people. Life it to the fullest and make the best out of it!! Enjoy every little bit you got for yourself, your family, friends and be happy!!
