Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup or 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
200 gr red bell peppers
804 gr pork loin
- line your trusty crock pot with some crockpot liners to safe yourself some extra dishes (you can buy them almost everywhere, I get mine from Wynco. You’re welcome)
- put in the pork loin and get to cutting up the bell peppers and measuring the whipping cream and broth
- add everything into the crock pot and let it cook at low for about 5-6 hours
You can serve it up burritos for your non keto people in the family while you enjoy it by itself, in a bowl, maybe add some sour cream or guacamole if you feel like it.
