Breakfast Sausage Skillet

Now, stay with me. This is an easy one but I forgot to take a picture this time. You still get the Stats, Ingredients and how to though:
This recipe gives you 3 servings

Net carbs .7gr                        fat 22.9gr                      protein 31.3gr                              Cal 350

Ingredients
120 gr sharp, shredded cheddar cheese
2 hard boiled eggs cut up
.5 container all natural turkey sausage

  • put the sausage into your heated skillet, brown and mix with the cut up, boiled eggs and half of the cheese. Let the cheese melt.
  • while browning your sausage heat your oven to 350F, line a baking tray with baking paper and place the rest of your shredded cheese on the paper in small rounds. Looking like chips.
  • bake those until edges are a bit golden brown, let cool off with another piece of baking paper put on top so it will soak up the rest of the grease. And enjoy with the sausage or as chips later on if you want to.

Enjoy your breakfast!! After all it’s the most important meal of the day, or so they say!! I always need a cup of joe with mine or only a cup of joe for breakfast but I keep that Keto as well.
