Keto Choc Chip Cookies

Cal 127              Carbs 5gr                             Fat 11.6gr                                    Protein 2.4gr


3 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup dark choc chips
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup brown sugar

  • Mix the butter, eggs, and sugar together until smooth
  • add in the vanilla and baking soda, mix again
  • now add the flours and make sure it’s thoroughly mixed, no clumps and it might seem a bit ‘liquidy’ still but trust me, that will go away.
  • throw in the 1/2 cup of choc chips and mix it up nicely to be ready to be placed in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes
  • After the dough got a bit colder, take it out and use a tablespoon to place little ‘mountains’ on your baking sheet which is lined with baking paper (when you are all said and done and baking it should yield about 36 of those amazing looking, delicious smelling mountains)
  • Bake at about 350F for about 10 minutes or until golden

Please let them cool off before you try to eat them, they are hot and fresh out of the oven after all. But, once you do eat them enjoy their wonderful taste and don’t eat too many. Nevertheless, you are on a keto diet and those are the little things that make that diet bit more interesting without overeating on only sweets 🙂
