It has been a while and with the Holidays I have tried to do healthy as much as possible but most definitely not as much as I should have.
All my cookies were keto friendly and gluten-free as were my homemade goodies and gifts I made but this shall meet its end now.
Holidays are over, I am back to daily workouts since the 27th, and now it’s cleaning up my kitchen again!
Let’s start this off with this yummy pudding recipe:
Orange Creamsicle Chia Seed Pudding
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1 cup of orange juice
- .5 cups of chia seeds (I buy mine here)
- And 4 tbsp of Honey
Mix it all together, fill it into some glasses and pop it into the fridge overnight.
Come morning decorate it with pieces of oranges and enjoy your breakfast!! It’ll be my first time making this one so I am excited to see how it turned out and how it will look once I am done decorating it before I will, inevitably, sink my spoon into it and eat it.
